Delete Account

S2 Therapy users can delete their account directly in the app.

To delete your account:

1. Open the S2 Therapy app.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to your profile or account settings.
4. Select "Delete Account".
5. Select "Delete your account permanently" and confirm the request.

When you confirm account deletion, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted, except for information that S2 Therapy is legally required to keep for tax, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or other legal obligations.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account and personal data deletion by contacting us at support@s2therapy.com.

Deletion requests sent by email are reviewed and processed within 5 to 7 business days. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request belongs to the account owner before deleting the account.
